- Grant necessary Google Calendar or Outlook Calendar permissions

The Service may offer data enrichment features that provide additional information about your contacts from third-party sources. Enriched data is provided "as is" without guarantees of accuracy. You must comply with all applicable laws and third-party provider terms when using enriched data.
8. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by WhoIMet and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL WHOIMET BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
11. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless WhoIMet and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
12. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time through the application settings.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of the United States.
14. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before any material changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
